Shipping & Delivery: All of our products are shipped via UPS ground or United States Postal Service. We offer a flat rate of $5 shipping per order on anything five bags or less. However, if you purchase six bags or more, we will pay all the shipping costs! Upon shipment you will be notified that your package has been sent. Our orders are guaranteed to process and ship within 2 business days of order placement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified either by phone or email and presented with additional options.

Returns & Replacements: All of our products are shipped via UPS ground and are completely trackable. Upon shipment you will be notified that your package has been sent and may track your package online via the UPS website. Our orders are guaranteed to process and ship within 2 business days of order placement, if an order cannot be fulfilled you will be notified either by phone or email and presented with additional options.
